Background
My career spans more than a decade supporting senior leadership and strengthening office management, accountability and compliance in donor-funded organizations. I bring experience in executive coordination, documentation and systems improvement. I joined Mizizi Elimu Afrika to contribute to operational excellence that supports impactful delivery.
Advice I'd give my 8-year-old self:
"You will learn early that the world is not the same everywhere. One side will feel full of opportunity, the other full of scarcity but both will shape you. Don’t be ashamed of repeating a class or, of the village life that feels hard - it is teaching you resilience, humility and gratitude. One day, you will carry both worlds in your heart, and they will become your strength because you will have seen both sides of the coin."
