Background
I have a background in procurement and contract management, which initially shaped my results-oriented approach to education. Before joining Mizizi, I believed academic achievement alone was enough for learner success. My experience at Mizizi broadened my perspective, helping me understand that without strong values and life skills, even the brightest learners can struggle to thrive. This realization informs my work and commitment to embedding life skills and values in learning.
Advice I'd give my 8-year-old self:
