Background

Growing up, I was taught early on that education was my pathway to opportunity—inspired by my late mother, who dedicated 38 years to teaching and instilled in me a love for learning. My own passion for numbers and problem-solving led me to pursue a degree in Mathematics, which later evolved into a deeper calling: ensuring programs deliver real, measurable change. Today, with an M.Sc. in Monitoring & Evaluation, I channel that analytical mindset into tracking impact, strengthening systems, and bridging evidence with action for donor-funded programs —so every program not only promises change, but proves it.

Advice I'd give my 8-year-old self:

"Trust the journey, even when you can't see the path. You are being guided toward a purpose you can’t yet imagine—keep learning, keep believing."
