Background
I have experience working in monitoring, evaluation, and learning across research and development programmes, previously supporting MEL work with Practical Action and Umande Trust, including coordinating research study protocols. My work focuses on translating data and evidence into learning and adaptive action for programmes and partners. I am currently pursuing a PhD at Utrecht University in the Netherlands, with a focus on learning practices.
Advice I'd give my 8-year-old self:
